Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sneha Collections, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Your trust is our most valuable asset.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
  • Exchange is available within 5 days of delivery for eligible orders.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • ✅ If any product is received damaged or if a wrong saree/product is delivered, a refund will be given or an exchange can be arranged.
  • 🚫 Refund or exchange applies only for wrong or damaged products.
  • ❌ No refund or exchange will be provided for size, color, or design preferences.

3. Product Condition

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Any product that shows signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Proof Required

  • Customers must provide a proper unedited unboxing video from start to finish as proof.
  • The damage or wrong product must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless damaged or incorrect).

6. Return & Refund Process

  • Request Approval: Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Page. Include order number, reason, and unboxing proof.
  • Review & Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Return Shipping: If approved, we provide a label. Costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it's our error.
  • Processing: Once inspected, refunds are initiated within 5 business days.

7. Important Notes

• Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted without valid proof.

• If there is no damage or wrong product, no refund or exchange will be provided.

• All decisions regarding refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Sneha Collections.
